Troubleshooting:
If the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App is unable to submit your address information to complete the account setup and registration:
- Go to the Product Registration website.
- Log in with the email address and password connected with the account.
- Under the Your Account Menu, select Edit Account.
- Enter the appliance address.
- Select Save.
