20-20 has been renamed Design Live.
Catalog files for current production model products are on the Design Live Cloud Library.
Design Live cloud library Version 13.7 or greater is needed to view Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove files.
There is no link to Design Live from CAD Libraries section of product pages.
