Several resources are available to help get started using Cove Dishwasher products.

Product Registration

• To register products online with or without a user account, refer to Online Product Registration for instructions.
• To register products by phone, call Customer Care at (800) 222-7820, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.

Connect Appliance

For connection instructions, refer to Connect Cove Appliance to Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.

• When first pairing a dishwasher with the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App, two guided activities appear: the Control Panel Tutorial and Cycle Suggestions Feature. 
• To skip these guided activities, select Not Now.

Control Panel Tutorial

• The Control Panel Tutorial will guide you through using the control panel, setting cycle options, interrupting a cycle, and canceling a cycle.
  
  

Cycle Suggestion Feature

• The Cycle Suggestion feature helps users select the wash cycle and options recommended for optimum cleaning performance.
  • For more information, refer to Cove Dishwasher Wash Cycles and Cove Dishwasher Cycle Options.
• To confirm the suggestion, select Set Cycle Now to automatically set the appropriate cycle and options. 
  
  

Accessing Activities

• The Control Panel Tutorial and Cycle Suggestion Feature can be accessed later within the app, either from the appliance home screen or within the appliance Settings.
