Troubleshooting:

If the dishwasher does not run, refer to Cove Dishwasher Will Not Turn On or Start for troubleshooting information.

If dishes are still wet after wash cycle:

1. Clean the controls with a damp cloth.
2. Close the door completely and then open the door.
3. Make sure that rinse aid is being used and the compartment is full. See How to Add Rinse Aid to Cove Dishwasher and Increase Rinse Aid Dose.
4. Overall drying can be improved with the addition of options. Add Sani Rinse, Extra Dry, Extended Dry, and/or any combination of these to improve drying. This may add time to the cycle, but does not add much energy use.

6. Verify the drier duct is not blocked. Refer to the image below.
   • Remove the magnetic kickplate below the door by pulling it forward.
   • The duct is the rectangular opening behind the kickplate on the right side, as highlighted.
   • The opening should be clear of blockage.
     
7. Verify the base cover is properly installed. Refer to the image below.
   • The base cover should be aligned with the drier duct opening and secured with two screws.
     
8. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
