Cove Dishwasher Dishes Not Dry

Troubleshooting:
If the dishwasher does not run, refer to Cove Dishwasher Will Not Turn On or Start for troubleshooting information.
If dishes are still wet after wash cycle:
- Clean the controls with a damp cloth.
- Close the door completely and then open the door.
- Make sure that rinse aid is being used and the compartment is full. See How to Add Rinse Aid to Cove Dishwasher and Increase Rinse Aid Dose.
- Overall drying can be improved with the addition of options. Add Sani Rinse, Extra Dry, Extended Dry, and/or any combination of these to improve drying. This may add time to the cycle, but does not add much energy use.

- Verify the drier duct is not blocked. Refer to the image below.
- Remove the magnetic kickplate below the door by pulling it forward.
- The duct is the rectangular opening behind the kickplate on the right side, as highlighted.
- The opening should be clear of blockage.
- Verify the base cover is properly installed. Refer to the image below.
- The base cover should be aligned with the drier duct opening and secured with two screws.

- If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
