Cause

  • Rinse aid needs to be added to dishwasher

Partner Information:

If a customer reports the Low Rinse Aid notification, instruct them to follow the instructions on the UIM for the product.

  • Additionally, instruct the customer to refer to the Cove Use and Care Guide provided with the appliance. An in-person service visit is generally not required to correct this error. 

Troubleshooting

To clear the notification:

  1. Add rinse aid to the dishwasher.
  2. Press Enter or press Cancel to ignore.
