Troubleshooting:

If the drain pan float activates the drain pump due to an overfill, the drain pump will stop running after 15 minutes. If not there is a product issue that must be inspected by a service technician. In that case, do the following:

1. Turn off the water to the dishwasher. Refer to the product Installation Guide for further installation information.
2. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds and back on again.
3. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
