Troubleshooting:
To restart router or wireless access point:
- Power off the device by pressing the power switch (if available) or unplugging the power cord.
- Wait for 30 seconds, and then power on the device.
- The device may take a few minutes to complete the reboot process and return to normal operational status.
- Most devices have power and connection indicator lights. On most devices, a solid light indicates the reboot has been completed.
